Brexit Entries for Future Illustrator 2019

Future Illustrator 2019 is a partnership between OFFSET, The Irish Examiner and Chemistry to give budding illustrators a chance to get their work seen at OFFSET and published in a national newspaper. Entrants had to develop an illustration which could be used as part of an editorial feature in the Irish Examiner. The feature was about Brexit.

We’d like to extend a big thank you to anyone who entered. Our judges were overjoyed and inspired by the quality of ideas and craft on show. A massive congratulations to our finalists Dominic Barnes (Waiting for Brexit) and James Hayes (—cut here—) and our winner Susan Sweeney (Bulldog). All three had their work shown in front of a delegation of thousands on the OFFSET main stage and will be printed in the Irish Examiner. Owing to their efforts and part in the inaugural Future Illustrators success, we’re already looking forward to Future Illustrator 2020.
